SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping is 100% FREE ON ALL ORDERS. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service PRIORITY MAIL which is 2-3 business day shipping. We do not ship Fedex or UPS so if you are required to use a P.O. Box for postal service deliveries then please make this your shipping address. Orders placed Monday-Thursday are shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are shipped the following Monday pending it is a business day. Buyer is responsible for return shipping on returns and exchanges. Return shipping to customers from the Yellow Box Boutique is included in the original shipping fee for the first time. Tennessee residents will pay 9.75% sales tax. All other 49 states are tax free. USA orders only.

RETURN POLICY

Merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange, within 30 days, if in new condition and original packaging. When mailing back shoes to the Yellow Box Boutique, please use a separate box. Defective merchandise will be covered from 30 days past the purchase date. After 30 days, any defect is considered "wear and tear" and is the responsibility of the buyer. If a product is within the 30 day defective window, Yellow Box Boutique will replace the defective pair once the customer mails the defective product back to us.
